Sometimes great music gets you to feel a feeling you like or you think you need, other times it does nothing like that and instead builds a whole room and a house and a town and world around it that you can get right into and stay in as long as it’s playing. Linda Waterfall does the second one and I love it in there. You can even smell it, and it smells like damp wood, a top 10 smell! Hella flute, flat drums, ringy acoustic guitar and a voice that’s right between your rambling aunt Judy’s Joan Baez impression and a fabled great.
