Seemingly a comp of Bud Shank’s best of on the Pacific Jazz label. Essentially every amazingly laid back jazz vibe perfected in one collection of tunes. Some weird counterpoint to boot. I love Shank’s feel everywhere, but especially when he’s going steady. A legend of the unabashed socal jazz sound.
